Before your visit
What to bring
A valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any relevant referral paperwork.
Registration
Arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit to complete registration, or save time by completing forms in the patient portal beforehand.
Preparing for tests or surgery
Your care team will give you specific fasting, medication or transportation instructions ahead of any procedure.
During your visit
Visiting hours
General visiting hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. Hours may vary in the ICU and maternity units, please check with staff.
Parking
Free covered parking is available at all locations, with valet service at the Hampton Regional Hospital emergency entrance.
Interpreter & accessibility services
Interpreter services and accessible accommodations are available at every location, free of charge, upon request.
After your visit
Follow-up care
Your care team will schedule any needed follow-up appointments before you leave, or you can book one through the patient portal.
Medical records
Request copies of your medical records through the patient portal or by contacting our help desk.
