Whether you're looking after a parent, a partner recovering from surgery, or a friend who needs a hand with paperwork, care partner access keeps you in the loop and lets you help with the details, on the patient's terms.
Access is always controlled by the patient, follows HIPAA authorization requirements, and can be limited or revoked by them at any time.
What care partners can do

Help pay a family member's bill
Once a patient grants you billing access, you can view their balance and make a payment directly, without needing to sign in as them. It's the same secure billing system, just with permission to help.
How it works

The patient grants access
From the patient portal (or with help from our front desk team), the patient adds you as a care partner and chooses exactly what you can see.

You accept your invitation
You'll get an email invitation. Accept it using your own patient portal account, or create one in a few minutes.

Stay connected
Once connected, you can check in on appointments, care plans and billing without needing the patient's login.
